At REP Fitness, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the best strength training experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process and select the items you wish to return.

Print Shipping Label

Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label. Please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your final refund amount depending on the return reason.

Pack Your Gear

Securely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure the equipment is protected during transit and include all original hardware and components.

Drop Off and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
